Joining a gym couldn’t be easier! Fill in the information below and select the plan that’s right for you!

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10:00am to 7pm CST
• Wednesday, Friday 10:00am to 5pm CST

Note: All members on the same plan must live in the same household and be immediate family only.
